Handcrafted from 100% pure malted barley, Cedar Ridge Single Malt first rests in a variety of unique finishing barrels, then is transferred into a solera tank where the flavors marry, resulting in a depth of character and complexity that is not achievable in a traditional single barrel aging system.
"This layered sipper is full of surprises. Fragrant with fresh apple and honeysuckle, the drying palate suggests dusty cocoa, leather and vanilla midpalate, freshened by a hint of apple-blossom freshness at the core. A final smoky exhale is reminiscent of lightly peated Scotch." - Wine Enthusiast, 2017
