Ruffino Prosecco 750ml is an Italian sparkling wine from the Prosecco region in northeastern Italy. The blend centers on Glera, with Pinot Grigio, Chardonnay, and complementary grapes, and is bottled at 11% ABV in a 750ml bottle. After the base wine is made, a second fermentation takes place in pressurized tanks using the Charmat method, creating fine bubbles while preserving the wine’s fruit-driven character. The finished wine is classified as Extra Dry Prosecco DOC.
Ruffino describes this Prosecco as crisp, clean, and delicate, with fine bubbles and a light body. Aromas include wild strawberry, blackcurrant, and a hint of caramel, followed by vibrant fruit flavors and a juicy, refreshing finish. Its lively profile makes it suitable as an aperitif and alongside cold dishes, fried foods, risotto, or lightly spicy fare. The bottle carries Ruffino’s current orange Prosecco label, black foil, and dark green sparkling-wine presentation.
